The demolition of an existing pair of semi-detached houses followed by the construction of nine self-contained flats in a single property with a new basement level for storage and underground parking.
The construction was a contiguous piled basement with brick-clad, concrete-frame superstructure.
Services included full underfloor heating, rainwater storage, irrigation, security, and intruder alarms.
