In collaboration with BB Partnership Ltd, MY Construction transformed this property in St John’s Wood for a private developer. The property was stripped out and restructured to deliver an additional 2,500 sq/ft basement. This included a gym and massage area, as well as a flexible area for family living.

The partial demolition and refurbishment of the existing house (structural and fit out) included the formation of a basement with spiral metal staircase feature and resin poured floor finishes, the ground floor, and common parts on the first and second floors.
