ERIC STREET

London

The works comprised the construction of nine new flats using traditional loadbearing brick/blockwork, as well as a single membrane roof structure within the original stable area serving the existing police station to the front. To improve the flexibility of the layout design, the flats were fitted with Essco units served by the central boiler for heating and hot water services – thereby avoiding individual boilers and flueing issues.

The flats were fitted out to a high standard, incorporating German manufactured kitchens and appliances, and fully tiled bathrooms with modern sanitary ware. The works were all carried out immediately adjacent to London Underground property, requiring observance of protocols and close liaison with LU management.
