Harley street was originally a Harley street clinic that MY Construction restored to a family home. The project included extensive structural works to stabilise the existing building, followed by the construction of a basement spa. These works were particularly challenging due to the deep underpinning of the abutting buildings.

The façade was grade 2 listed, therefore there was extensive sympathetic renovation including the replacement of a solid Portland stone balcony and balustrade. The interior underwent a full modern electrical and mechanical fit out including hot and cold air conditioning, underfloor heating and heritage radiators. The internal work aimed at retaining any remaining original features, and replicating them where they were missing.
New hardwood floors were installed throughout, with the exception of the grand entrance hall which is marble.
