The project consisted of the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new mixed-use development including the retention of existing structures, the construction of basements and the construction of new buildings and fit-out works. The basement, ground floor and first floor became offices whilst the second to fourth floors are residential flats. The building is served by two stair cores as well as two lifts.
