The project involved the refurbishment of an existing building owned by Waitrose at their site headquarters in Bracknell. The brief set out the requirement for new office accommodation to be provided, to allow the relocation of the design and branding department within the business.

The existing plan is based over two floors with basement car parking, providing accommodation to the first floor only. A double-height main entrance leads up to open-plan office space segmented into areas by the clever use of furniture and dividing screens. A series of meeting and breakout spaces radiate off the open-plan area, providing more private spaces to work.
