This project involved the demolition of an existing two-storey house and the construction of a much larger dwelling spreading over 12,000 sqft. The new development required the excavation of a double basement with associated light well.
The key challenge for MY Construction was the lack of rear access to the site, the small front garden and the presence of similar properties on both sides.
