A four-storey building consisting of an RC structure on the first two levels, and a steel frame structure added to form three duplex apartments to the top floors. Fitted out to a high spec, the first two floors are being used as open-plan office space.
The front of the building has a metal access staircase and walkways giving the building an industrial but modern look, and we also installed a lift and internal staircase.
