The development was to change the complex of three general industrial structures into one modern business building. The site is situated on Fortess Grove, a small street running east from Fortess Road.
The development site comprises three buildings which were previously used as a car depot:
A: Workshop A
B: Studio B and courtyard in front
C: Railey Mews
The project involved part demolition and part retention of the existing warehouse structure to create commercial floor space over three levels on the site.
