GILDA CRESCENT

London

The works comprised the demolition of a 1930s detached property with substantial WW2 bomb shelter to facilitate construction of a four-storey new concrete-framed detached domestic residence. The basement was excavated subsequent to carrying out a secant piling operation, finished to provide a substantial play/entertaining area with Pesach kitchen and Mikvah.

The structure was formed with a central core accommodating a passenger lift, with a circular staircase formed of in situ concrete with RC intermediate floors.
The services were installed to highest standards, and wall and floor finishes were selected to reflect a traditional effect but with a modern slant.
