This CAT A fit out for the Government’s Green Investment Bank was carried out inside the Millbank tower on the banks of the river Thames. Phase 1: 5th Floor: consisted of creating seven meeting rooms – with sound-blocked walls and fully equipped with AV and VC requirements – a boardroom, comms room and waiting area, and updating the existing kitchen and reception. Phase 2: 13th Floor: consisted of removing the client’s existing reception area and four meeting rooms to expand their open-plan office, creating an extra eighteen desk spaces and break-out area.
