The project comprised converting a substantial but run-down Victorian four-storey property into two flats and one luxury triplex apartment. The accommodation in the apartment was finished to the very highest standards, with bespoke kitchens and joinery, and included imported high-end refrigeration and cooking appliances and wireless sound systems.
