This contemporary, low energy, four bedroom home is situated within Blackheath’s private Cantor estate.
The house spreads over 450m2 including the basement.
To achieve the clean, slim, wide span structure, the architect used a cross-lined timber frame for the complete building. This then allowed for the installation of very large and uninterrupted glass walls and screens to all rooms.
Its finishes include flint and 150 year-old oak on the external facades with elegantly minimal polished plaster internal floors & walls.
