A full refurbishment of the third floor offices to include strip out, removal of existing partitions, doors, screens, kitchen units, fixtures and fittings. Works included the installation of new ceilings, new lighting, M&E validation and maintenance, new floor covering, redecoration of walls, new sanitary ware and fittings in the toilets.
The reception and entrance were upgraded to provide a modern ambience.
