This project involved the demolition of the existing house whilst retaining the front façade, an excavation to create a new basement with three front and one rear light wells features, as well as building on the Ground, First and Second Floors that are all connected via a timber spiral staircase and also a lift.

Internally, the project is finished to a very high specification including exquisitely finished joinery units, a metallic painted wall finished to a very high quality, wallpaper, wainscoting, mirrored walls, carpets, wood flooring, a large sized porcelain wall and floor finishes.
