The plans for this project are to demolish the existing three-storey house whilst retaining the fa├žade, use an excavation to form the basement, to erect a new residential property with a 200m2 plantroom in the sub-basement. This project will also feature a swimming pool, a gym, a catering kitchen, a steam room, a spa, a sauna, rooflights, staff quarters, a home cinema in the basement, a carpark with a car lift in the basement, with the ground, first and second floors served by a cantilevered stone staircase as well as a lift.
