MY Construction was involved in the transformation of an existing office building into an apartment block. The building was altered structurally to introduce two new floors by adding a steel frame structure. In addition, fermacell partitions were installed to create maximum space, as well as two new lifts. A new front extension in Profilit glass, which matches the brickwork of the existing building, was also installed.

Once the work was completed, the building comprised 36 apartments on the first two floors and 12 duplex apartments in the new roof space.
