This detached property dating back to the mid-1860’s is situated in the Holland Villa estate and has been transformed from six flats to a single luxurious family dwelling. The project required underpinning works followed by structural reconstruction of the internal and general alterations, with new floors, windows, and roofs including constructing extensions to the side and rear.
