The client purchased a large plot of land with an old house, and following planning approval, the building was demolished and replaced with a detached three storey dwelling with lift and basement. The plans for this project included a linked internal swimming pool, as well as a six-car garage and a workshop. The driveway was remodeled with new entrance gates fitted and also included a new borehole which was sunk to provide a water supply that was supplemented by the mains.

Due to the basement construction, a new pumped drainage system also had to be installed. The building was fitted out to a high standard with a purpose-made kitchen, bedroom, living area and specialist joinery. Staff accommodation and a gym were also added to the basement area.

The finished property greatly enhanced the site and has all the character of a country house in a rural setting.
