MY Construction is approaching completion of a new hotel on Great Russel Street, London.

An exciting new concept, all 226 keys, plus reception and public areas have all been built in a former NCP car park, located on floors -4 and -5, located on Great Russell Street, just off Tottenham Court Road.

Due to the subterranean location, the MEP, ventilation in particular, was particularly challenging. MY Construction designed and managed every aspect of this in house.
